The last 3 weeks have been hard for me. I came off of the "high" of losing all this weight and bad habits tried to come creeping back up. There were days it was simply impossible for me to keep on track. Ugh, being an emotional person can really complicate things ;)
The proverbial straw... I went to see the Doctor for Strep throat and on their scale I weighed in at 214! AT home I was 199. That sent me into a tail spin of sorts.
I don't know why food makes me happy, but it does. And the worst part... I don't feel any regret eating. Most people complain about guilt and I just get this feeling of extasy. "You deserve this!" I dunno...
That being said, I stepped on the scale for the first time in 3 weeks and I am at 200. So really, in 3 weeks I gained 1 pound. Which all things considered is NOT bad. Actually it was all very good ;) (If you haven't yet, go to "Bad to the bone" in San Juan Capistrano and get the pork Nachos!)
But I do want to get back on track. I want it all off. So today is day 1.

Week 11
2 more pounds!
That means I'm 200 pounds today. I am 1 pound away from "ONE"-derland. Next week, I will never-ever be in the two's again :) I might actually look hot for my July 5th Birthday :)
Also, I have now lost more than I have to go, GOOSEBUMPS, I'm so happy!
A little funny... Our dog Kehna is 9 pounds.
As of today, I have lost 3 Kehna's :)

Week 10
+2, darn it....
But I've been getting a little lazy. Cheating here and there. We went out to dinner for the first time in 10 weeks and had a couple drinks. Then Sunday we took a day-vacation (hey man, vacations are expensive!) and I convinced myself that food was free that day too. Oh and btw, if you were wondering, French Fries are NOT as good as I remembered.
But this minor hiccup will not deter me from reaching my goal!

Week 8
0 loss today.
But after doing my "8 week pictures" I can see I've come such a long way, I'm really OK with it. After all, it's much easier putting it on than taking it off. And I'm am doing NO exercise at all, so what can I really expect, right?
K, the numbers:
Total weight loss: 22 pounds
Total inches lost: 11.5 inches
Start Weight: 227
Current Weight: 205
Goal Weight: 175
Now, the pictures!
My camera is dying on me, and Mason took them, so they are not very focussed, I'll have Kev re-take them tonight:
