Week 10

+2, darn it....

But I've been getting a little lazy. Cheating here and there. We went out to dinner for the first time in 10 weeks and had a couple drinks. Then Sunday we took a day-vacation (hey man, vacations are expensive!) and I convinced myself that food was free that day too. Oh and btw, if you were wondering, French Fries are NOT as good as I remembered.

But this minor hiccup will not deter me from reaching my goal!

Week 8

0 loss today.
But after doing my "8 week pictures" I can see I've come such a long way, I'm really OK with it. After all, it's much easier putting it on than taking it off. And I'm am doing NO exercise at all, so what can I really expect, right?

K, the numbers:

Total weight loss: 22 pounds
Total inches lost: 11.5 inches
Start Weight: 227
Current Weight: 205
Goal Weight: 175

They fit!

I bought a pair of capris in September 2005 to wear for my anniversary. Lane Bryant size 16. I had to suck in my gut and it really didn't look all that good....

Last year I bought 4 tank tops I thought I could wear for summer... Well, the tags are still on them.

Today... it all fits like it should
And Aunt Flo is even in town!

Anyone from NS, or anyone who knows anyone from NS.. if you're out there listening, thanks for giving me my life back, that feeling of hope and that tingle of excitement only girls get when they feel kindda pretty. Not drop dead gorgeous yet. But for the first time in probably 4 years, I seriously believe it's going to happen

Week 6

I kind of had a feeling I was slowing down, and I am.
1 Pound.
*Sigh*, I guess I have to start exercising.. darn ;)

So close to those first 20 pounds, which really is a huge mile marker for me. But it's OK. I haven't been this low for over 2 years I would say. So I'll take it :)
